Das diesjährige Statusseminar des BMBF-Mathematikprogramms fand am 19. und 20. November im Maritim-Hotel in Bonn statt. 21 Projekte in den beiden Förderlinien “Gesundes Leben” und “Energiewende” präsentierten ihre Ergebnisse, wobei in diesem Jahr erstmals die Anwendungsperspektive im Vordergrund stand. Der Verbund IBOSS (Information Based Optimization of Surgery Schedules) wurde von Dr. Joachim Gerst von der Charité vorgestellt.
